2010 Domaine Saint Damien Gigondas Les Souteyrades 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre The 2010 Gigondas Les Souteyrades (from 60+ year old vines) is composed of 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre aged in wood foudres, and, like its siblings, is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Dense blueberry and black raspberry notes intermixed with notions of wet steel, crushed rocks, lavender, licorice and a hint of truffles emerge from this rich, medium to full-bodied effort. With good acidity and sweet tannin, it should drink well for 10-12 years. – Robert Parker – 93 Points.
2010 Domaine Servin Chablis Grand Cru Blanchots Pale yellow color. Aromas of lime, peach, sea breeze, minerals, and lemon. Palate is crisp and clean with a saline note behind sweet lime, peach, lemon zest, and chalk notes that carry into a long, mineral-infused, sweet-tart finish. Very classy wine! Delicious!
2010 Donelan Syrah "Walker Vine Hill" 100% Syrah fermented 45% whole cluster and aged 18 months in French barriques (25% new), blueberry and licorice explode from the glass. This is an intense wine and as aromatically interesting as ever with cassis, anise, its classic blueberry, and herb encrusted roast game. The mouth feel is a textural representation of silk if there ever was one but with focus and tension on the finish. This wine is a fruit lover’s dream but neither over done nor exhausting: another beauty.

2009 Larkmead Cabernet Sauvignon |
|
May 03, 2012 |
|
Everyone's favorite Larkmead Cabernet Sauvignon is here. Unfortunately, because of the short supply, we only managed to secure one case for entire 2009 Larkmead Cabernet Sauvignon vintage, and at the moment we only have 6 bottles left and when its gone, its gone. We only offer this gem by the glass, or you can use our Enomatic machine and get a taste. So hurry up and get here!
"Deep ruby red. Ripe black fruits dominate the aroma - cassis, blackberry and dark cherry with floral violet, dark spicy soy and classic mint notes. Supple red fruits open the palate then a solid dense core of mixed black fruit and peripheral plum and kirsch flavors. With aeration the gravelly Larkmead character emerges competing for attention with further layers of chewy opulent dark fruit. Broad and densely-structured tannins provide grip and dimension to the back end. Nice fresh lift and persistency to the finish. More fruit-driven than its 2008 predecessor, there's plenty of striking Larkmead character evident, but at this early stage it's partially buried under these waves of irresistible supple fruit, such is the 2009 vintage signature. With two to four years of bottle development, I'd expect the full vineyard character to assert itself as we've seen with our 2007 Cabernet, to which this new release is most comparable. Don't be afraid to tuck a few bottles away for ten to twelve years' cellaring as this vintage has all the ingredients to mature beautifully in bottle." Robert Parker - 95 Points

2009 Alto Moncayo Campo de Borja Garnacha |
|
October 23, 2011 |
|
The wait is over! Everybody's favorite is back with new vintage!
Those that have been with us since the beginning know that the Alto Moncayo Campo de Borja Garnacha has always been one of our most prized and popular wines. Well, after a brief hiatus (though, in our opinions, one, which was just far too lengthy), this stunning example of Spanish Garnacha is back on our enomatic machines and ready for tasting. Come experience its deep black fruit aromas, fantastic complexity, and subtle but smooth tannins. You won't be disappointed!
This is a wine that showcases the indigenous Garnacha grape variety. A 100% “mountain” Garnacha wine, made from old vines ranging from 40 to 65 years old, and showing the distinctive touch of Australian oenologist, Chris Ringland. A dense, deep cherry-red coloured wine, there is definite complexity on the nose, with black fruit aromas and balsamic and toasty notes complemented by a certain rusticity imbuing character. Structured and flavoursome on the palate, it reveals fine, very slightly bitter tannins bolstered by the decisive contribution of top-quality oak. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
